I served as a residential advisor to 30-50 residents each year for 2 academic years in Kenan Community at UNC. I planned and hosted 2-3 events per month, responded to emergencies, and created a safe and enjoyable living experience for residents. As an RA, I became Green Zone trained, Safe Zone trained, and Title IX certified. I received the Staff Leadership Award in 2016. In these two years, I worked with 5 different managers and served as a consistent role model to the community and my staff.
