I have applied my biological and statistical skill in four research areas:

(1) latent variable analysis by studying Chronic Obstruction Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and diagnosis, (2) developmental biology by studying tardigrades, (3) diagnostic tests and accuracy by studying psychological disorders, and (4) teaching by studying active learning.

As I’ve moved throughout the disciplines, I’ve learned science only excels when shared with others. I am an open science advocate and provide my code, tools, and knowledge through these pages.
